Role: Product Compliance Specialist & Business SME

The challenge

Programme-based compliance processes had created fragmented manuals, duplicated activities, siloed functions and limited visibility across a complex global export environment.

Ester's contribution

Ester advised on functional decomposition and current-to-future-state analysis of requirements, compliance pieces, SOPs and process flows. She contributed to an integrated activity- and role-based architecture with full requirements traceability and supported deep-dive workshops, validations and playbacks across compliance and quality teams.

The high-level design was formally approved by the business. The redesign centralised previously siloed functions and streamlined activities across global product compliance.
